Marvel has not yet revealed the identity of their new enemy, but fans got a hint on Monday morning when Disney announced that Ant-Man 3 would be directed by Shawn Levy, who also directed films for the original trilogy of Night at the Museum. Disney also confirmed what fans already knew: the villain of Ant-Man 3 would be none other than Darren Cross, who was revealed to be part of the original Ant-Man movie to be played by actor Michael Peña.

Ant man 3 is the kick-off for phase 5 of MCU
Phase 5 of the MCU kicks off with Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, and we have rounded up what you should know about the superhero threequel. After Scott Lang was in prison, he made a deal with the FBI to fully cooperate with them. So they assigned agent Jimmy Woo to watch him. But we didn’t see the details of why he needed to cooperate. In the movie, Ant-man helps Hope and Hank find Janet who is still trapped in the Quantum Realm, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work out and they need to go back to their base lab. Then Hank tells them about another dimension where Quantum Particles exist that can bring Janet back from Quantum Realm.
How different it will be from the previous movie
Ant-Man was a comedic superhero movie where Scott Lang would use his size to get into small things; such as a lady’s purse or the safe in an office. In Ant-Man and the Wasp, we will see the ability of Wasp’s suit to fly like a regular plane. It is also referred to as Quantum Jet where Hope can transform her arm into wings so that she can fly like Ant-man himself using her suit. Also, the suit can generate a force field and absorb energy. Hope will also have other powers such as communicating with ants and enlarging things like a building.
Why it is called the Quantumania
In the Quantum Realm, we will see different exotic characters and a lot of new things. Hope and Hank will have different abilities than what they have had in the previous movies, where they can jump into a wormhole that leads to another dimension or point of view.
