The plot of Fantastic Beasts 3:
The new Fantastic Beasts movie will be about the return of Gellert Grindelwald as he gathers followers to his cause. The Crimes of Grindelwald (2018) takes place in Paris. American wizard Newt Scamander teams up with his friends from the first film – Porpentina “Tina” Goldstein and Queenie Goldstein alongside newcomers Jacob Kowalski, a No-Maj; Credence Barebone, who is revealed to be Mr Graves’ long lost adopted son; and Nagini, Lord Voldemort’s snake companion. Dumbledore recruits Newt to hunt down escaped dark magical creatures that could jeopardize peace between wizards and Muggles.
It’s set in a time where Hogwarts is reopening, and there are some tensions between wizards and those who refuse to use magic. Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne), our favourite magizoologist, tries to stop things from going wrong but it might not all go according to plan!
