Deadpool 3

Deadpool 3 has been in the works for a while now. The first Deadpool film was released back in 2016, and it became the highest-grossing R-rated film of all time. Deadpool 2 came out just two years later, but it is unclear how much longer fans will have to wait for Deadpool 3. In this article, we’ll take a look at everything that’s been revealed so far about Deadpool 3 – from its release date to casting news and more!

About Deadpool:

Deadpool is a character who has been around since 1990 when he first debuted in Marvel’s “X-Men” comics. He was created by artist Rob Liefeld and writer Fabian Nicieza, and his look was modelled after actor Ron Perlman.

Deadpool is known for being crude, sarcastic and breaking the fourth wall – meaning that he speaks to the audience directly like they’re one of his friends. This style makes him unique from other comic book superheroes out there, but it also causes some trouble with censorship because of all the swearing involved! One time this caused an issue with Disney Channel not allowing its stars to wear any shirts depicting Deadpool on them during red carpet events…yikes!

Updates:

The most recent Deadpool movie was released in 2018 and starred Ryan Reynolds. It received critical acclaim, earned over a billion dollars at the box office worldwide and is currently one of the highest-grossing R-rated films ever made – so Deadpool fans were happy to see him back on screen for 2020!

In Deadpool’s first solo film he falls in love with Vanessa Carlysle (played by Morena Baccarin) but they break up when she finds out about Wade Wilson’s alter ego as Deadpool. We will find out whether they reconcile or not in the “Deadpool” sequel because it has been confirmed that both actors are returning alongside director David Leitch…yay!

There have also been rumours circulating that Disney might be trying to purchase 20th Century Fox. Disney has been trying to get the rights back for a while and with a potential buy out, Deadpool might find himself in the MCU!

Summary:

Plot:

Unknown at this time but it is likely that he will be up against Cable; (an alternative version in future timelines from Earth-2988). This could also mean there might be some crossover; with other Marvel characters such as Doctor Strange or The Wasp who both have comic book storylines involving Cable.

DEADPOOL 3 CAST

Cast:

Ryan Reynolds returns as Wade Wilson aka Deadpool; alongside Julian Dennison as Russell Collins aka Firefist and Josh Brolin as Nathan Summers aka Cable. Deadpool has also been confirmed to be a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe; with Fox’s X-Men characters meaning his future appearances will become more and more intertwined; with other superheroes such as The Avengers, Spiderman or Ant-Man.

MCU Status: In Movie Plans but not yet announced!

I love that Deadpool is back in theatres on March 02nd 2019 after being retired for so long! I have already seen it twice. Because Wade Wilson (played by Ryan Reynolds) never disappoints me with his antics – especially when he needs to save Vanessa Carlysle; (Morena Baccarin) from the cult leader Cable (Josh Brolin).

In Deadpool; Firefist was revealed to be Russell Collins – a new mutant who has an uncontrolled and powerful ability of fire-based pyrokinesis. He is able to create blasts that can destroy anything in his way! You may have seen him on the cover of Marvel’s Astonishing X-Men #13 back in 2006. Or he could also possibly been teased as a kid; at Professor Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters when we see Logan visit there during flashback sequences. In this extended trailer, it looks like Wade Wilson will be teaming up with Nathan Summers aka Cable; because he needs some help from someone else whose abilities are not limited by their physical form.
