Westworld Season 4 is set to release on April 22nd, 2020. The first three seasons of Westworld have been a huge success and there’s no doubt that season four will be just as good! For those who don’t know, Westworld is a show about artificial intelligence and human-like robots in an old west setting. There are many different plotlines for the upcoming season which we can expect to see:
Maeve Millay’s storyline at this point is unknown but we can expect her to be more involved with other storylines due to her popularity amongst many fans.
The showrunners have also hinted that some fan favourites may make their return in season four which could include characters like Teddy Flood or Bernard Lowe who was killed by Dolores Abernathy during the last season!

What to Expect from Westworld Season Four:
The new series will be composed of ten episodes and the premiere date for it is yet to be announced.
It’s going to be a lot darker than all previous seasons due in part to Dolores Abernathy who now wants revenge against humans, especially her father Peter Abernathy who was killed by James Delos during season three.
Some fan favourites are expected to make their return!
Marketing campaigns have been kicked off with hidden links leading fans through an immersive virtual reality experience that includes different scenes, settings and characters from Westworld. These clues are said to give us hints about what we can expect in this upcoming season four as well as what happened to Dolores Abernathy in the past.
The scripts for Westworld Season four were written by Lisa Joy, Jonathan Nolan and David Lindeloff.
Executive producers are J.J Abrams, Athena Wickham, Roberto Patino and Ben Stephenson while showrunners are Lisa Joy and Jonah Nolan.
Westworld Season Four Plotline:
On Four’s plot will be about how Dolores Abernathy (played by Evan Rachel Wood), now wants revenge against humans after her father was killed during season three at a company called James Delos Incorporated that was mentioned throughout the series but never shown until now when we see it in Season Four.
– With Westworld season four, Dolores will be seen leading the rebellion against humans; with her army of robots. As she tries to take over what was once Delos Park and is now a ghost town since it’s now abandoned. The show uses the setting at times for flashbacks. Because this is where James Delos (played by Peter Mullan) had his company situated. And that’s when he created robot replicas of himself called Hosts; who were indistinguishable from human beings. But lacked free will until they became self-aware which then led to chaos – basically just keep reading more below!

How will Westworld Season four affect these characters:
At the end of Season Three, there was a power vacuum left behind after Robert Ford’s death,”
The main difference with this season; being that rather than an external force coming in to take control, we see Dolores taking on this role herself.”
Westworld Season Four Cast:
We can expect some new character additions. The show has already been renewed for a fifth and final season which will air next year. It remains unknown whether or not all the actors from previous seasons are returning.
